Project memory
Written once. Read by every engine.
Noah keeps the goal, the tasks, the decisions and the constraints of a project in one place, and hands them to an engine before it starts.
The command centre
The project right now: open tasks, active decisions, the tools found on the machine and the repository status.
Critical constraints travel whole
Whatever format the context takes, critical constraints are sent in full, and the shorter format says how many items it left out.
Secrets are hidden first
Known secret patterns, such as key names and private key blocks, are removed before anything is assembled.
Handoffs
A package built from project memory to hand work to another person or tool, reviewed before it is copied.
Project map
The map is drawn from the disk, and engines can ask it.
A network of folders
Every folder is a circle. Folders push each other apart, a thin line ties a folder to the one that holds it, and a stronger line joins two folders when one imports from the other.
Never drawn by hand
It reads imports in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python and Dart, and draws the same map the same way every time.
Engines ask before they search
A project_map tool says where files are and what depends on what, read-only and without opening files, so less of the project is read into the engine's context.
